Magellen Properties, Inc.
I founded Magellen Properties, Inc. in 1988 as a management vehicle through which I manage apartment buildings in DuPage County and the Rogers Park community of Chicago. I came up with my company name by coupling my initials (MAG) with my mother’s first name (Ellen). (My mother passed away in 1988 and managed these family owned properties before I got involved). At Magellen Properties we closely manage our buildings, with goal towards long-term ownership of well-managed properties in desirable and affordable locations. Our approach towards management is welcoming, sincere and is acknowledged by the wonderful repertoire that we have established with our residents.
