Rent: $1235-$1695 prices subject to change
Application Fee: $50 non-refundable per applicant
Security Deposit: Equal to One Month's

Pet-friendly:
Cats allowed - $350.00 one time non-refundable pet fee - Limit of 2 cats
Dogs allowed - $350.00 one time non-refundable pet fee, plus $35.00 per month doggy rent
Weight restrictions - ground floor units dogs up to 60 pounds, upper floor units up to 40 pounds.
Limit of 1 dog per apartment - inquire within for additional details and breed restrictions. Fees and pet rent will apply if pet is approved.
NO exotic or rodent family pets are allowed.
