Rent: $1250-$1395/month
Application Fee: $50 non-refundable per applicant
Move In Costs: Security Deposit equal to one month's rent
Other Fees: Electricity is paid by the resident
Pet Policy: Cats welcome with non-refundable fee of $250.00.
Monthly rent $25.00/cat, $40.00/2 catsMax of 2 cats.Subject to fees and screening process, resident required to sign and abide by “Pet Agreement Policy”
